We had an absolutely wonderful stay at GreenHouse EcoLodge. The eco-lodge was a unique and refreshing experience. The sustainable design and use of natural materials created a truly

Paradise!
We had a fantastic time on Mantanani Island. Superb location, right on the beach, no other hotels in the area. We were spoiled by Fred's wife (owner) who is in charge of the food. As vegetarians, we could not find a better place! No other restaurants in the area tough.
Kayaks and snorkeling gear available, which we recommend. Nice walk to the nearby village too. Swimming in the sea here is very nice, no strong currents. Transfer is well arranged. Pick up (early!) in your hotel in KK, boat is waiting to bring you to the island and visa versa. We would loved to book more nights but reservation is limited.

Außergewöhnlich
+Sook Peng and Fred haben hier durch harte Arbeit und viel Herz etwas Großartiges geschaffen. Wir haben unsere Zeit und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Man könnte den ganzen Tag auf das strahlend blaue Meer blicken und die Kühe beim Vorbeispazieren beobachten. Mantanani ist
perfekt zum Abschalten. Selbst wenn andere Gäste vor Ort sind hat man genug Platz um die Ruhe zu genießen. Wer irgendeine Form von Action sucht ist hier komplett falsch.
Die gesamte Anlage ist toll gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. Wir bekamen alles was wir brauchten, auch (endlich) guten Kaffee. :) Sook Peng ist eine hervorragende Köchin, nirgendwo haben wir so gut gegessen. Zum Frühstück
sitzt man für sich, was sehr angenehm ist. Beim Abendessen kommen alle an einem Tisch zusammen. Wir mochten die Gespräche und entspannte Atmosphäre. Vor allem die Erzählungen
von Fred über den Aufbau der Lodge, sowie deren Bemühungen um die Insel sind sehr spannend. Wir danken euch beiden, es war uns eine Freude euch kennen zu lernen.
